Multiparameter analysis of powders for anode and cathode materials

The size and structure of particles are essential for the function of the anode and cathode, but these numbers are hard to measure accurately. We show how a simultaneous analysis of mass and diameter of single particles gives quantitative information on the aggregation level, porosity, … of powder materials.
